Trial Terms
Renewal: After the first 30 days, the plan automatically renews at the standard rate of ₹299/month unless cancelled. You will receive a reminder email 7 days before renewal.
Cancellation: Cancel anytime from your dashboard or by contacting support before the renewal date. No cancellation fee.
Resources: The trial plan has the same resources and SLA as a standard Starter VPS. No artificial speed limits or feature restrictions.
Abuse Policy: Spam, cryptocurrency mining, and illegal content are prohibited and will result in immediate account termination without refund.
Availability: Trial slots are limited and may be suspended at any time. PingRack reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer.
Common Questions
Will I be charged automatically after the first month?
Yes — if you don't cancel before day 30, your plan renews at the standard ₹299/mo rate. You'll get a reminder email at day 23. Cancel from your dashboard in one click if you don't want to continue.
Can I upgrade during the trial period?
Yes. If you need more resources, you can upgrade to any higher plan at any time. The upgrade charge is pro-rated — you only pay the difference for the remaining days.
Is there a refund if I cancel within the trial period?
The ₹1 payment is non-refundable. However, if you cancel before the renewal date you will not be charged anything further.
Which payment methods are accepted for the ₹1 charge?
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM, Paytm), RuPay, Visa, Mastercard, and net banking. All processed securely via Razorpay with 256-bit SSL encryption.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your server and all data are retained for 7 days after cancellation. You can download your data via SFTP. After 7 days, the server is permanently deleted with no recovery option.
