Common Questions
When does my commission get paid?
Commissions are credited once the referred customer's plan has been active for 30 days (to cover the refund window). Payouts are processed on the 5th of each month for all cleared commissions. You'll receive a payout statement via email each cycle.
Can I refer myself or create fake accounts?
No. Self-referrals and fraudulent signups will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all pending commissions. We monitor for duplicate IPs, payment methods, and phone numbers.
How long does the referral cookie last?
Bronze affiliates get a 60-day cookie — if someone clicks your link and signs up within 60 days, the referral is credited to you. Silver gets 90 days and Gold gets 120 days.
What if someone uses a promo code instead of my link?
Custom promo codes are available for Silver and Gold tier affiliates. Contact your affiliate manager to request one. Link-based tracking takes priority if both are used.
Do I earn on upgrades or plan renewals?
You earn the recurring percentage on every invoice your referred customer pays — including renewals and upgrades — for the duration defined by your tier (12 months for Bronze, 18 months for Silver, unlimited for Gold).
Is there a TDS deduction on earnings?
PingRack deducts TDS (1%) on affiliate payouts exceeding ₹30,000 in a financial year as per Indian income tax rules. A Form 16A will be issued at the end of the financial year.
